Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Saharsh, learned counsel for the State.

Present writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:-

"(1) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 06-06-2025 passed by opposite party no. 4 (Annexure No. 1). order dated 23-05-2025 passed by opposite party no. 5 (Annexure No. 2) and order dated 14-05-2025 (Annexure No. 3) passed by opposite party no. 6 discharging the services of the petitioner no. 1, 2 and 3 respectively, on the post of Medical Officer, Homeopathic, in most arbitrary and illegal manner against the provisions of Office Memorandum dated 27-08-2018.

(II) issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to allow the petitioners to work on the vacant posts of house physicians in Government Homeopathic Colleges."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Medical Officer on contract basis and on 6.7.2025 and his services have been terminated. He further submitted that junior to the petitioner has been allowed to work, which goes against the provision of clause 3 of Circular dated 27.8.2013, as the procedure directed to be adopted is "last come, first go". He next submitted that the post is still vacant and the petitioner may be allowed to work as Medical Officer, on contract basis over
