2. This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no.2, i.e. Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Prayagraj to consider the candidature of the petitioner with respect to her selection and appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher science and mathematics in Senior Basic School managed by the U.P. Basic Education Board, Prayagraj against the advertisement dated 11.07.2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied pursuant to the advertisement dated 11.07.2017. When the counseling process with respect to the petitioner was withheld, he filed a Writ A No. 17591 of 2016, which was disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.04.2016 with a direction to the Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad, to accept the petitioner’s application at the time of counseling against the vacancies as advertised. The Court further directed that the petitioner's candidature be considered for future rounds of counseling. Subsequently, due to some reasons, the entire selection process was put on hold. Therefore, the candidates filed several writ petitions, after which the selection process was resumed, and the petitioner was required to fill up the requisite information on the website between 15.12.2025 to 20.12.2025 in the prescribed format.

4. The petitioner put in all efforts to upload the requisite documents, for which he was required to place his roll number, date of birth, and registration number. After entering this information, he was supposed to receive an One Time Password (OTP) on his mobile number, as mentioned in the application form. Once the OTP was received, the requisite documents could be uploaded. However, when the petitioner entered the required details, a different mobile number and e-mail ID were shown, due to which he could not upload the requisite document. Consequently, the petitioner lodged an eFIR regarding the aforesaid. When nothing was done, the petitioner submitted a representation along with all the necessary documents as required for considering the selection and appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher. However, no action has been taken till date.

5. On the basis of the instructions received in compliance with the earlier order dated 12.01.2026, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that there is no fault on the part of the respondents. It appears that the petitioner shared the One Time Password (OTP) with some other person, who has misused the same.

6. In view of the above, it appears that there is no deliberate fault on the part of either the petitioner or the respondents.

7 . In such a situation, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application along with all the necessary documents as required before respondent no. 2, i.e. U.P. Basic Education Board, Prayagraj through its Secretary, within two days from today and the respondent no.2 shall consider the said application in accordance with the law, without waiting for the documents to be uploaded.

8. Put up this case on 27.01.2026, as fresh.
