Personal affidavit filed by Sri Anoop Kumar Tiwari, District Basic Education Officer, Basti, in Court today, is taken on record.

Pursuant to the transfer order dated 26.12.2025 the petitioner has already joined at Primary School, Karamiya, Block Vikrajot, District Basti on 26.12.2025 itself.

Learned counsel for the respondent–BSA submits that, in view of the order dated 04.10.2025, the institution from which the teachers were transferred was left in a deficit position, with only a single teacher remaining, hence the transferred teachers were neither relieved or were sent back to the concerned institutions. Accordingly, the petitioner was also sent back to his original institution, namely Primary School, Karamiya, Block Vikramjot, District Basti, on 26.12.2025, where he has already joined his duties..

Learned counsel for the respondent–BSA prays for and is granted time to obtain instructions with respect to paragraph 7 of the writ petition, particularly regarding the student–teacher ratio and the number of sanctioned and working teachers at Primary School, Karamiya, Block Vikramjot, District Basti, as well as at Primary School, Andhewari, Block Rudauli, District Basti.
