The instant petition has been filed praying for the following relief:

"I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 08.06.2023 passed by the respondent no. 03 Senior Superintendent of Police, Aligarh (Annexure no. 05) to the Writ petition..

II. Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to refund the recovered/adjusted amount which was deducted from the funds of the petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions received, submits that the instant petition has become infructuous. Thus, he seeks to withdraw the instant petition, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn .
