Heard Sri Roop Gupta, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rahul Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State of U.P., Sri Mohd. Talib Khan holding brief of Sri Pankaj Gupta, the learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.

By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to comply with the order dated 30.08.2025 passed by the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tarabganj, Gonda under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for removal of encroachment from gata no. 375 measuring 0.003 hectare and gata no. 575G measuring 0.005 hectare situated at Bakiyapur, P.O. Devarda Diksir, District Gonda.

On the basis of written instructions provided by the Tehsildar, Tarabganj, Gonda, the learned Standing Counsel has informed that against the order dated 30.08.2025, an appeal bearing No. D- 202608300000102 titled Sukhraj v. State of UP & Ors. has been filed under Section 67(5) read with Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is pending before the Collector, Gonda.

Written instructions are taken on record.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed off by issuing a direction to the Collector, Gonda to decide Appeal No. D-202608300000102 titled Sukhraj v. State of UP & Ors. expeditiously, in accordance with law,
