The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following reliefs:-

"A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the State respondents to remove the illegal encroachment made by the private respondent nos. 6 to 8 on the Gaon Sabha land of Arazi No. 1365 Panchayat building (0.0460 ha), Usar land, Arazi No. 1176 (0.2400 ha) Usar and Naveen Parti land Arazi Nos. 1179 (0.1880 ha), 1363 (0.0260 ha) and 1364 (0.0910 ha) recorded as Naveen Partti in revenue record situated at Village Bhogwara, Pargana mah Tehsil Handia District Prayagraj within time bound frame.

B. Issue any other writ, order or, direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

C. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioner."
