Learned Standing Counsel for the State reported that several cases under Section 67 of the U.P. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 3.2.2026, instruction dated 17.2.2026 sent by Tehsildar is taken on record.

Mr. Babban Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the state-respondents on the basis of the instruction submitted that several cases under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, have been registered against the persons who have been found in possession over plot No.22, 68, 15, 61, 62, 63, 87. He further submitted that plot No.31, which is recorded as nali is free from encroachment and plot No.69 which is recorded as manure pit, kharanja road has been constructed.

Mr. Babban Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents is directed to serve copy of the instruction to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall file reply to the facts mentioned in the instruction.
