Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

Shri Anjani Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for appearing for opposite parties says that the Civil Court, as also, the Revenue Court at Tehsil - Musafirkhana, District - Amethi are fully functional after passing of the order dated 12.03.2026 by the District Magistrate, Amethi against the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned.

We may point out that there is a judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court dated 20.12.2024 passed in S.L.P. (Civil) No. 19804-19805 of 2024 on the question of strike by Lawyers and Bar Associations, and the Opposite Party No. 3 is bound by the dictum therein, in letter and spirit.

Let an affidavit be filed by all the office bearers of the Opposite Party No. 3 Bar Association in the light of the aforesaid judgment before the next date.

The learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel shall also ensure an affidavit of the District Magistrate, Amethi as to whether the Revenue Court's at Tehsil - Musafirkhana are functional or not.
