Sri Kaushal Kishore Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, is present.

This Court vide order dated 21.04.2026, referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court with the direction that the parties shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, to participate in the mediation proceedings and directed the opposite party/husband to deposit an amount of Rs.40,000/- (Forty Thousand Rupees) in the said Mediation and Conciliation Centre; out of which Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Rupees) shall be paid to the applicant wife and the remaining amount of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) shall be retained by the Mediation Centre towards the mediation charges.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that on 27.04.2026, his client/applicant in pursuance of the order dated 21.04.2026, appeared before the Mediation Centre but neither the opposite party appeared before the Mediation Centre on that date, nor the amount in pursuance of the order dated 21.04.2026 was deposited.

The Registry has reported that the learned counsel for the opposite party has failed to produce the tender of Rs.40,000/- (Forty Thousand Rupees) as aforesaid, therefore, the reference could not be sent to the
