Heard Sri Dilip Singh, learned Counsel for the applicant.

The present application under Section 24 of C.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 536 of 2024 (Dr. Udai Shanker Singh Vs. Dr. Sweta Singh) from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court-II, Pratapgarh to the equivalent court at District Raebareli.

Submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant is that the marriage between the applicant and opposite party was solemnized on 13.12.2015 and out of the said wedlock a daughter and a son was born in the year 2019 and 2024 respectively and both the children are staying with the applicant. The applicant is presently working as Assistant Professor in AIIMS, Reabareli and is residing in the AIIMS campus with her minor children.

Further submission of learned counsel for applicant is that the instant Matrimonial Case No. 536 of 2024 (Dr. Udai Shanker Singh Vs. Dr. Sweta Singh) under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed by the opposite party before the Court of Principal Judge, Family CourtII, Pratapgarh just to harass the applicant while the opposite party is residing at Lucknow. at AIIMS, Raebareli, is facing due hardship to travel from Raebareli to Pratapgarh to attend the day-to-day proceedings.

Issue notice to opposite party, both ways i.e., by regular mode as well as dasti.

Steps be taken within a week.

In case steps are taken, Office shall provide dasti notice to learned counsel for applicant for serving the same on opposite party outside the Court.

Put up this case on 02.02.2026 as fresh. On the next date, affidavit of service shall be filed by the applicant.
