"1. Sri Amritansh Mohan, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Pankaj Verma, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Anand Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the opposite party.

2. Sri Tripathi prays for and is granted a week's time to file objections.

3. On being asked as to whether there is possibility of amicable settlement between the parties, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he requires instructions from his client in this regard.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to obtain instructions from his client whether she wants to settle the dispute amicably through the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Taking into consideration the willingness of the parties to settle the dispute, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, with the direction that the first date of mediation/first session would be 03.02.2026.

The parties shall remain present in the Mediation Center of this Court on 03.02.2026 to participate in the mediation proceedings and on that date, the opposite party shall pay a sum of Rs. 2500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred only) to the applicant as travel expenses.

The mediation proceedings may be conducted and concluded with expedition subject to payment of the aforesaid amount to the applicant by the opposite party and proper cooperation of the parties.
