Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.

This transfer application has been filed by the applicant-wife seeking transfer of Regular Suit No.807/2025 (Harmeet Singh Batra vs. Harpreet Kaur) pending before the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.9, Lucknow to the Family Court, Raebareli.

Perusal of order-sheet shows that notices were issued on 07.10.2025 and dasti notices were in addition.

Office report shows that notices were not served. An application for taking affidavit of service is also on record which shows that the appellant tried to serve the notice through dasti however, the same was refused and accordingly, the service deemed to be served.
