Keeping all issues open for consideration, let the appellants file an affidavit indicating the difference of salary and arrears thereof which would be payable to the respondent in this appeal if the judgment of the Writ Court is sustained i.e. if he is held entitled to salary of the promotional post from the date of promotion of his juniors which is the date of his notional promotion.
