The Learned A.G.A., at the outset, submits that he has not received instructions in the present case.

Till the next date of listing, in the event of the arrest of the applicantSatish Yadav , he shall be released forthwith in Case Crime No.14 of 2026, under Section 3/5A/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Chandauli, District- Chandauli, on interim anticipatory bail on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer of the police station/Court concerned with the following conditions:-

i. the applicant shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

ii. that the applicant shall not, directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
