The Learned A.G.A. has raised an objection regarding the maintainability of the application by stating that the anticipatory bail application of the applicant was dismissed on 9.9.2025. The anticipatory bail application before this Court has been filed on 9.3.2026 i.e. after about six months from the rejection of the earlier anticipatory bail application. No explanation has been given for the delay in moving this application before this Court and also the current status of the case has not been filed.

In view of the objection, so raised, by the Learned A.G.A., the Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted a week's time to file a supplementary affidavit annexing the order-sheet of the case and to explain the delay of six months in approaching this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

Put up as fresh on 31.03.2026 before the appropriate Court.

The matter shall not be treated as tied up/part heard to this Bench.
