Learned A.G.A. has raised an objection that the applicant has directly filed his application for anticipatory bail before this Court, without assigning any reason as to why he could not appear before the Sessions Court.

On such objection being raised, learned counsel for the applicant prays that he be permitted to withdraw this application and approach the Sessions Court to seek anticipatory bail.

The prayer so made is allowed. The application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the above mentioned liberty.

The office is directed to return certified copy of the FIR to the counsel for the applicant, after keeping a photocopy of the same on record.
