Allahabad High Court (Shekhar Kumar Yadav, J.), order dated March 9, 2026 in Application U/S 529 BNSS No. 522 of 2026, Ummehani Khatoon And 2 Others v. State of U.P. and Another — Matrimonial matter. In compliance with the Court's earlier order dated 09.02.2026, applicant no.1 (wife) and opposite party no.2 (husband) appeared in person and were identified by their respective counsel. Husband stated he was ready to bring his wife, who was ready to accompany him subject to the condition that nobody tortures or harasses her in her Sasural; husband assured the Court that his family members shall not create any disturbance in peaceful living in his house and stated he would go to his Sasural on 11.3.2026 to bring his wife. Court directed that the matter be put up again as fresh on 25.03.2026 with personal appearance of both, and made clear that if anybody creates disturbance in the peaceful living of husband and wife, the police station concerned shall be at liberty to initiate proceedings against them.

Mr. Vijendra Kumar Mishra, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party no.2, which is taken on record.

In compliance with the earlier order dated 09.02.2026 passed by this Court, the applicant no.1 (wife) and opposite party no.2 (husband) are present in person before this Court and they have been identified by their respective counsel.

Upon query, the opposite party no.2 (husband) has stated before this Court that he is ready to bring his wife (applicant no.1), who is also ready to go with her husband subject to condition that nobody will torture or harass her in her Sasural. Husband has assured this Court that his family members shall not create any disturbance in peaceful living in his house. Opposite party no.2 (husband) has stated that he will go to his Sasural on 11.3.2026 to bring his wife.

Put-up again as fresh on 25.03.2026 . On that date, the applicant no.1 (wife) and opposite party no.2 (husband) shall again appear in person before this Court.

It is made clear that in case, anybody creates disturbance in peaceful living of husband and wife, the police station concerned shall be at liberty to initiate proceedings against them.
