State of U.P. and Another: In a matrimonial matter, pursuant to an earlier order dated 28.01.2026, the wife (applicant no.1) and husband (opposite party no.2) appeared in person. The Court recorded the husband's statement that he is ready to bring his wife, who is willing to go with him, subject to the condition that nobody will torture or harass her in her Sasural, and his assurance that his family members shall not create any disturbance in peaceful living in his house; the husband stated he would go to his Sasural on 17.2.2026 to bring his wife. Mr. S.P. Pandey, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama today on behalf of respondent no.2, which is taken on record.

In compliance with the earlier order dated 28.01.2026 passed by this Court, the applicant no.1 (wife) and opposite party no.2 (husband) are present in person before this Court.

Upon query, the opposite party no.2 (husband) has stated before this Court that he is ready to bring his wife (applicant no.1), who is also ready to go with her husband subject to condition that nobody will torture or harass her in her Sasural. Husband has assured this Court that his family members shall not create any disturbance in peaceful living in his house. Opposite party no.2 (husband) has stated that he will go to his Sasural on 17.2.2026 to bring his wife.

Put-up again as fresh on 13.03.2026 . On that date, the applicant no.1 (wife) and opposite party no.2 (husband) shall again appear in person before this Court.

It is made clear that in case, anybody creates disturbance in peaceful living of husband and wife, the police station concerned shall be at liberty to initiate proceedings against them.
