Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

On 15.5.2025, the following order was passed:-

"1. Supplementary affidavit filed in the matter is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant before this Court is a convicted person but since his conviction warrant is not available in the District Jail, Kanpur Dehat and also with the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat, the matter of the applicant is lingering on.

3. However, the applicant is expected to move relevant application before the Court of Addl. District & Session JudgeIII, Kanpur Dehat, wherefrom the conviction order was passed and submit the report of the said court before this Court.

4. Put up this case as fresh on 7.7.2025."

In view of the above, it is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in compliance of order dated 15.5.2025, an application has been moved before the concerned court but till date neither any order has been passed nor any report has been submitted by the court concerned.
