Shri Neeraj Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Jagriti Shukla, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.2 jointly submit that parties have entered into a compromise and a written compromise has been filed before this Court.

The parties are directed to appear before the trial court i.e. Civil Judge (J.D.), FTC-Ist/ Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli and submit the compromise for verification within a period of four weeks from today.

The learned trial court i.e. Civil Judge (J.D.), FTC-Ist/ Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli shall verify the compromise after ascertaining the identity of parties. The parties shall be identified by their counsel. The trial court, concerned shall send its report to this Court before the next date of listing.

Put up this matter on 15.04.2026 as fresh.
