Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant contended that at page 48 , the copy of compromise is annexed as annexure no.4 to the affidavit in support of present 528 BNSS application. It is argued that as such the present proceedings be quashed. The learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 has also submits his consent on it.

Looking to the facts of the case, both the parties are directed to appear before the court concerned and shall file the said compromise duly signed by all the parties for verification within a period of three weeks from today. Thereafter, the court concerned shall verify the same within three weeks and send his report to this Court.
