At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out certain criminal history credited in favour of the certain applicants, but the same has not been explained at the time of preferring instant application. The same objection has also been raised by learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.

Learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted a week's time for explaining the criminal history in respect of each and every applicants, which has been indicated by learned A.G.A.

Learned A.G.A. is hereby requested to provide copy of the instructions in shape of criminal history received from the concerned authority to Sri Ajay Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants.
