At the very outset, learned counsel for both the parties stated that there is possibility of compromise between the parties and submitted that if the matter is put up before Mediation and Conciliation Center, Allahabad High Court, the entire controversy will set at rest.

Learned counsel for the parties are hereby directed to intimate their clients to deposit Rs.10,000/- before Mediation and Conciliation Center, Allahabad High Court through online within 48 hours.
