Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned AGA.

At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants stated that there is possibility of compromise between the parties and submitted that if the matter is put up before Mediation and Conciliation Center, Allahabad High Court, the entire controversy will set at rest.

Learned counsel for applicants is hereby directed to intimate his clients (applicants) to deposit Rs. 20,000/- before Mediation and Conciliation Center, Allahabad High Court, within three working days through online/offline mode out of which, Rs. 5,000/- shall be paid to opposite party no.2 for meeting the expenses of traveling and continuing the mediation and Rs. 15,000/- shall be retained by the Mediation Centre as mediation fee.

Learned counsel for applicant is also directed to intimate their clients i.e. applicants and informant/opposite party no. 2 to appear before Mediation and Conciliation Center, Allahabad High Court on 20.01.2026 so that mediation proceedings may be initiated from the same date and also finalized within shortest span of time by way of ensuring their presence.
