Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is impossible for the applicant to submit separate sureties in each cases in which he has been granted bail. The applicant is an accused in following cases:-

(i) Case Crime No.106 of 2025, under Sections 317 (4) and 317 (5) of BNS, Police Station-Khandauli, District Agra.

(ii) Case Crime No.27 of 2025, under Sections 331 (4) and 305 of BNS, Police Station-Eatmaddaula, District Agra.

(iii) Case Crime No.508 of 2024, under Sections 331 (4) and 305 of BNS, Police Station-Eatmaddaula, District Agra.

(iv) Case Crime No.476 of 2024, under Section 305 (e) of BNS, Police Station-Eatmaddaula, District Agra.

(v) Case Crime No.329 of 2024, under Sections 331 (4) and 305 of BNS, Police Station-Trans Yamuna, District Agra.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that furnishing of two sureties in all five different cases is almost impracticable as the applicant is facing hardship and he will not be able to arrange ten sureties to get bail.

It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in similar circumstances, namely, in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh [SLP (Crl.) No.8914-8915/2018) the

Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 29.10.2018 has permitted the applicant to submit personal bonds and two sureties of heavy amount to hold good in all the cases.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application (u/s 528 BNSS) is disposed of and it is directed that the applicant shall furnish a personal bond and two sureties in one case which shall be treated to be valid in all other cases wherein the bail order has been passed.
