Counsel for the applicant submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise; learned AGA submitted that the compromise may be verified before the court concerned. A short counter affidavit has been filed today in Court by Mr. Gyan Babu Pal, learned Counsel on behalf of the opposite party nos.4 and 5. It is taken on record.

Heard Mr. Rajeev Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Gyan Babu Pal, learned counsel for opposite party nos.4 and 5 and learned AGA for the State.

The present application has been filed by applicant with the following prayer:

"It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to allow this application, and further be pleased to quash the entire proceedings of Special Session Trial No. 934 of 2024, State Vs. Arjun, arising out of case crime No. 326 of 2024, Under Sections 74, 333 B.N.S. and 7/8 of The Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Saurikh, District Kannauj pending in the court of Special Judge, POCSO Act, Kannauj pursuant to the impugned charge-sheet dated 8.8.2024 as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 22.8.2024 passed by Special Judge POCSO Act, Kannauj in Special Session Trial No. 934 of 2024, State Vs. Arjun."

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have entered into a compromise.

Learned A.G.A. submits that the compromise effected between the parties may be verified before the court concerned.

In the interest of justice, the applicant and the opposite party nos. 4 and 5 are directed to appear before the Court concerned in the week commencing 06.04.2026 and shall submit the compromise, which shall be verified by the court concerned and a report in this regard shall be submitted before this Court within 15 days thereafter.
