Heard Shri Amiruddin Siddique, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State- opposite party no.1.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants and opposite parties have entered into compromise and the same is annexed at page nos. 81 to 83 of the memo of application. It is, thus, submitted that a direction be issued to the office to send the compromise to the learned trial court for its verification.

On the other hand, learned A.G.A. have no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

In view of the above, the office is directed to send the compromise annexed at page nos. 81 to 83 of the memo of application to the concerned Trial Court i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 01, Moradabad for its verification.

The applicants and opposite parties are directed to appear before the trial Court on 10.02.2026.

Learned trial Court concerned shall verify the compromise and submit a report to this Court within two weeks thereafter.

Learned counsel for the applicants may also file supplementary affidavit bringing on record certified copy of the verification proceedings within the aforesaid period of two weeks.
