The present application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) has been filed to quash the chargesheet dated 27.08.2025 relating to Case Crime No. 260 of 2025 under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 110 B.N.S., Police Station Simbhawali, District Hapur along with congnizance order dated 14.11.2025 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Garhmukteshwar, Hapur and entire proceedings of Case No. 1137 of 2025 (State vs. Lokesh) under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 110 B.N.S., Police Station Simbhawali, District Hapur arising out of Case Crime No. 260 of 2025.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that dispute is in between the parties are relatives and they have reached a compromise in the matter.

Learned counsel appearing for opposite party no. 2 submits that the fact of compromise is correct.
