Heard Mr. Mohd Adil, learned counsel for the applicants; Mr. Roopak Chaubey, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application under Section 528 Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 has been filed to quash/ stay the entire criminal proceeding of the Case No.694 of 2022, Charge sheet dated 20.11.2021, cognizance Order as well as summoning order dated 28.03.2022, (State Versus Shahid & others), arising out of Case Crime No.363 of 2021, Under Sections 447, 427, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Asmoli, District- Sambhal, pending before the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Sambhal District- Sambhal in view of the compromise dated 11.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants and opposite party no. 2 have amicably settled their dispute out of court and entered into a compromise. A copy of the compromise deed dated 11.12.2025 entered into between the parties has been annexed as Annexure- 4 to the affidavit.

It is provided that the parties shall appear before the court below along with a certified copy of this order and original copy of the compromise deed for its verification in the presense of parties within a period of two weeks.
