The present application has been filed by applicants with the following prayer:

"It is therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the application and quash the Charge-Sheet NO. 12 of 2024 dated 08-02-2024 AND entire proceeding of Case No. 2218 of 2024 (State versus Firoz and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 261 of 2023 under section 323, 498-A. 504, 506 I.P.C. and D.P. Act, 1961, Police Station Godha, District Aligarh against the applicants pending before the court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.-3, Aligarh on the basis of compromise dated 09-12-2025 between the applicants and opposite party no.2.

It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to stay the entire proceeding of Case No. 2218 of 2024 (State versus Firoz and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 261 of 2023 under section 323, 498-A, 504, 506 1.P.C. and D.P. Act, 1961. Police Station Godha, District Aligarh against the applicants pending before the court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.-3, Aligarh on the basis of compromise dated 09-12-2025 between the applicants and opposite party no.2, during the pendency of the present application under section 528 of B.N.S.S. And/or pass any other suitable order/relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts & circumstances of the case in the interest of justice, otherwise the applicants will suffer irreparable loss and injury."
