Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

The instant application has been filed for quashing of the summoning order dated26-05-2025, passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda, in Case No / C.I.S. No - 14988 / 25, Title - State Versus Sattar, pending in the court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda as well as the impugned Charge Sheet dated 29-032025, related to Case Crime No. - 228 / 2024, Under Section - 126(2), 308(5), 351(3) B.N.S. / 341, 386, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Khargupur, District - Gonda.

After argument at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the interest of justice would be served, if the bail application of the applicant is directed to be considered by the Court concerned. He further submits that the applicant shall surrender before the Court concerned and will file the bail application. He further added that this Court may be pleased to direct the Court concerned to decide the bail application of the applicant within stipulated period of time, as fixed by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, present application is disposed off with a direction that in case, the applicant surrenders before the Court concerned and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, expeditiously as possible.
