Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Nirmal Kumar Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record.

Instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed with prayer for quashing of the entire proceedings of Case No. 6018 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No.44 of 2021 under Sections - 420 of I.P.C. and 15(2) of Indian Medical Council Act 1956 and 30 of United Provinces Medical Act 1971 Police Station - Mawai, District - Ayodhya. (State of U.P. Versus Premchand Pradeep Kumar), pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Ayodhya as well as impugned Charge sheet No. 51 / 21 and also set aside the impugned Summoning order dated: 06.04.2023 on Case No. 1206 / 23 passed by the Learned Court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Faizabad.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case with false and frivolous allegations. He further added that the applicant is not involved in committing the alleged offence as has been mentioned in the first information report.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the application and seeks liberty to file bail application before the learned trial court which may be decided in view of law laid by Hon'ble
