Heard Mr. Rahul Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and Mr. Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party no.2.
Learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 submit that the both the parties had appeared before the trial court and verified the compromise. It is further submitted that the trial court has declined to provide the certified copy of verification order by stating that the court has already sent the desired report to this Court, however, the same is not on record.
In view of the above, the trial court concerned is directed to sent a report regarding the verification of compromise, along with a copy of verification order and verified compromise, to this Court before the next date fixed.
