In compliance with the Court's previous order dated 18.03.2026, the detenue was produced in Court by the police. पूवर् आदेश िदनांक 18.03.2026 के अनुपालन में यािचकाकतीर् श्रीमती अनुराधा, उनके पित श्री मोिहत कुमार तथा िवपक्षी संख्या 4 श्री सवेर्श न्यायालय में उपिस्थत हैं। किथत िनरुद्ध व्यिक्त श्रीमती अनुराधा को पुिलस उपिनरीक्षक सुनील कुमार िसह तथा मिहला कांस्टेबल सीमा वमार्, थाना असोहा, जनपद उन्नाव ने न्यायालय में उपिस्थत कराया।

यािचकाकतीर् के िवद्वान अिधवक्ता श्री पवन कुमार पाण्डेय तथा िवद्वान अपर शासकीय अिधवक्ता श्री आलोक िसह एवं न्यायालय में उपिस्थत पक्षकारों को सुना।

इस यािचका में कहा गया है िक किथत िनरुद्ध व्यिक्त श्रीमती अनुराधा का िववाह श्री मोिहत कुमार के साथ िदनांक 30.01.2026 को हुआ िकतु श्रीमती अनुराधा के िपता श्री सवेर्श उन्हें बलपूवर्क अपने पास रखे हुए हैं।

न्यायालय के समक्ष श्रीमती अनुराधा ने अपना िववाह श्री मोिहत कुमार के साथ होना स्वीकार िकया, िकतु उन्होंने कहा िक यह िववाह दबाव के कारण हुआ था एवं वह अपने मातािपता के साथ स्वेच्छा से रह रही हैं एवं मोिहत के साथ नहीं जाना चाहती हैं। न्यायालय ने पुिलसकिमयों तथा िवपक्षी संख्या 4 श्री सवेर्श को न्यायालय कक्ष से बाहर िनकालकर श्रीमती अनुराधा से अकेले में यह जानने की कोिशश की िक ऐसा बयान वह िकसी के दबाव में तो नहीं दे रही हैं, िकतु श्रीमती अनुराधा ने कहा उन पर िकसी का दबाव नहीं है एवं वह अपनी स्वेच्छा से अपने माता-िपता के साथ रह रही हैं। ऐसी पिरिस्थित में श्रीमती अनुराधा को बलपूवर्क अवैध अिभरक्षा में रखने का आरोप सत्य प्रतीत नहीं होता है।

तदनुसार, यािचका िनरस्त की जाती है।
