Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner nos.1 and 2 (corpus), are being illegally detained by the real brother of petitioner no.3. It is further submitted that, in this regard, petitioner no.3 has already lodged a missing report before the concerned police station, however, despite that, the whereabouts of petitioner nos.1 and 2 have not been traced till date.

Issue notice to opposite party no.4 with liberty to file counter affidavit. Steps be taken accordingly.

Put up on 13.4.2026 as fresh.
