Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A for State respondent no.1 and perused the record.

Instant criminal revision, under section 438/442 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 Earlier under Section 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been preferred against the

order dated 21-02-2025, passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge POCSO Act, Court Number 45, Barabanki, in Sessions Trial Number 837 of 2024, State versus Sunny and others arising out of case crime number 169 of 2024, under sections 376, 323, 504, 506 IPC and under section 3/4 POCSO Act and under section 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act relating to Police Station Ram Nagar, District Barabanki, by means of which the application for declaring the revisionist as a juvenile has been rejected.

As per the report of the stamp reporting section, the revision is delayed 233 days for which an application for condonation of delay has been filed.
