Respondent No. 2 has submitted in person that she is still willing to reside with the revisionist, but whenever she tries to approach him, he refuses to keep her with him blatantly.

Revisionist is Class-2 officer. He is posted as J.E. in U.P. Power Corporation.

Learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 submitted that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court vide order dated 18.04.2025. He further submitted that, in pursuance of the interim order dated 18.04.2025, he has paid Rs. 90,000/- to Respondent No. 2.
