The instant criminal appeal u/s 374(2) Cr. P. C. has been filed against the judgement and order dated 18.02.2026 passed by learned Additional Session Judge, Court no.-12/ POCSO Court first, Unnao in Case Crime no. 18/2018 (State of U.P. Versus Manish @ Sonu & others) S.S. T. No. 125/2018, u/s:- 354A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S. -Asoha, District-Unnao by means of which the appellant has been convicted u/s- 354A for one year rigorous imprisonment and ten thousand fine in default of payment of fine further rigorous imprisonment for six months, and u/s-323/34 IPC for two months rigorous imprisonment with five hundred fine in default of payment of fine further rigorous appellant for seven days. All the sentences of the accused will run concurrently.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has been acquitted for the charge under Section 7/8 POCSO Act and convicted and sentence for the charge under Sections 354A and 323/ 34 IPC .

He next submitted that the appellant has been enlarged on interim bail by the trial court under Section 389(3) Cr.P.C. vide order dated 18.02.026.

Issue notice to respondent no.2 which shall be served through CJM concerned, returnable at an early date.
