Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA for the State respondent no.1, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and perused the record.

The instant revision has been filed seeking following main relief(s):-

"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to set aside the some part (imposing the costs of rupees 35 thousand rupees for condoning the delay in filing application 145(2) BNSS) of the order dated 5-6-2025 passed by the Add. Principal Judge Family Court II, Raebareli in Case No. 1680/2024 (Rekha Versus Pappu), under Section 126(2) CrPC (Now 145(2) BNSS), Police Station- Lalganj District- Raebareli and allow the criminal revision in the interest of justice."

Upon perusal of the record, it appears that the matter was referred for mediation by order dated 03.09.2025 passed by this Court. A report dated 09.03.2026 has been received from the Mediation Centre stating that "the mediation completed. Agreement enclosed."

Learned counsel for both the parties prayed that the present revision may be disposed of in terms of the report of mediation.

Learned AGA has no objection regarding the prayer made by learned counsel for both the parties in this regard.

The revision stands allowed in terms of the report of the mediation center dated 09.03.2026, as the mediation has been successful.

Consequently, the order dated 05.06.2025 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-II, Raebareli, in Case No. 1680 of 2024, under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C. (now Section 145(2) of the BNSS, 2023, Police Station Lalganj, District Raebareli, is hereby set aside .

The criminal appeal is accordingly allowed in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties, as aforesaid.
