On being pointed out by learned AGA that the victim of the case has not been impleaded in this revision, the learned counsel for the revisionist says that the same could not be done inadvertently and he may be permitted to implead the victim in the array of parties during the course of the day.

The prayer aforesaid is acceded, as the same has not been opposed.
