Since the hearing of present writ petition has been adjourned only on the aforesaid ground, therefore, as an interim measure, it is hereby provided that petitioner (s) shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 365 of 2026, arising out of impugned FIR dated 30.11.2025 till the next date fixed.
