None appeared for the petitioners when the case was called out despite notice. The learned AGA, relying on para 7 of the counter affidavit filed that day, stated that a charge sheet dated 21.09.2025 had been submitted before the supervisory authority, and that the charge sheet was filed after collecting credible evidence from perusal of which it prima facie emerged that the crime committed by the petitioners/accused was borne out. Instant petition has been filed praying for a quashing of the FIR No. 0126 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 121, 132, 352, 351(3), 127(2), 189 of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 7 CLA Act, Police Station Karaundi Kala, District Sultanpur.

Learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in para 7 of the counter affidavit, which has been filed today, states that a charge sheet dated 21.09.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority.

Learned AGA further points out that the charge sheet has been filed after collecting credible evidence from perusal of which it emerges that prima facie the crime committed by the petitioners/accused is borne out.
