Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Sri Mohd. Azla, Advocate holding brief of Sri Akhilesh Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4, who states that he has filed vakalatnama in the Registry yesterday.

Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 26.05.2025 bearing no.0084 of 2025, under Sections 498-A, 323 and 504 of the IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act lodged at Police Station Bazarkhala, District Lucknow.

This Court vide order dated 16.06.2025 had sent the matter to the mediation center of this Court with the direction to conclude the mediation proceedings amongst the parties and submit its report.

In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 24.01.2025 the mediation center of this Court has submitted its report vide its 16.01.2026 by which in paragraph 6(E), the parties have decided to settle their dispute amicably and agreed to end the dispute.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The proceedings of first information report dated 26.05.2025 bearing no.0084 of 2025,
