Petitioner Mohit Kumar and two others approached this court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition challenging the FIR dated 30.10.2025, lodged by first informant/respondent 4 Smt. Saiki and registered as Case Crime No. 629 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352 BNS, P.S. Chandpur, District Bijnor.

On the matter being taken up, the learned A.G.A. representing State respondents submits that he has not received instructions in the matter.

In view of above, the hearing of this writ petition is adjourned.

Since the hearing of this writ petition has been adjourned only on the aforesaid ground, therefore, as an interim measure, it is hereby provided that petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.629 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352 BNS, P.S. Chandpur, District Bijnor till the next date fixed.

Put up again for admission as fresh on 21.04.2026.
