Petitioner Samrat Pandey has approached this court by means of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition challenging the FIR dated 19.01.2026 lodged by first informant/respondent 4 S.I. P.S. Vindhyachal and registered as Case No. D202616530000118 of 2026, under Sections 3(1) of U.P. control of Goondas Act 1970, P.S. Vindhyachal. District Mirzapur.

On the matter being taken up, the learned A.G.A. representing State respondents submits that he has not received instructions in the matter.

In view of above, the hearing of this writ petition is adjourned.

Since the hearing of this writ petition has been adjourned only on the aforesaid ground, therefore, as an interim measure, it is hereby provided that petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Case No. D202616530000118 of 2026, under Sections 3(1) of U.P. control of Goondas Act 1970, P.S. Vindhyachal. District Mirzapur. till the next date fixed.
