"1. Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Upadhyay, the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned A.G.A. representing State respondents 1,2 and Mr. Ram Krishna Yadav, the learned counsel representing first informant respondent 3.

3. After some arguments it transpires that FIR's have been lodged from both the sides. Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 16708 of 2025 (Shri Hari Bhagwan Shamvedi and 3 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) is already pending (on behalf of other party i.e. the first informant and others).

4. In view of above, connect above mentioned Criminal Misc. Writ Petition along with this writ petition.

5. Matter shall re appear for admission as fresh before appropriate bench
