The present petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report dated 05.12.2025 in Case Crime No. 628 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2) of BNS, Police Station Soro, District Kasganj.

Petitioner no.1 shall remain present in Court on the next date fixed in the case.

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to file supplementary affidavit annexing therewith all the relevant documents in support of his contentions that the petitioner no.1 has attained the age of majority.

The AGA shall also obtain instructions in the matter.
