Heard Mr. Parvesh Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned A.G.A. for State-respondents 1, 2 and 3 and Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Pandey, Advocate, who has put in appearance on behalf of first informant-respondent-4 by filing his Vakalatnama in Court today, which is taken on record.

On the matter being taken up, the learned A.G.A. for State-respondents 1, 2 and 3 submits that he has not received instructions in the matter.

In view of above, the hearing of this writ petition is adjourned.

Matter shall re-appear for admission as fresh on 11.03.2026.

Since the hearing of present criminal misc. writ petition has been adjourned only on the aforesaid ground, therefore, as an interim measure, it is, hereby, provided that petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 0668 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352,. 351(2), 110, 324(4) BNS, Police Station-Handia, District-Prayagraj till the next date fixed.

When the matter is listed, the name of Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Pandey, Advocate shall also be published in the cause list as counsel for first informant-respondent-4.
