Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned A.G.A. representing State respondents 1,2&3 and Mr. Ajai Mani Tiwari, the learned counsel representing first informant respondent 4.

Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for petitioner in Court today is taken on record.

On the matter being taken up, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that during pendency of present Criminal Misc. Writ Petition parties have amicably settled their dispute outside Court. On the basis of settlement so arrived at between the parties, the impugned FIR be quashed by this Court.

At this juncture, the learned counsel representing first informant intervened and he submits that he has not received detailed instructions in the matter regarding compromise, if any, entered into by the parties.
