Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 and Shri Girish Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4.

This is an application for seeking extension of time.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that this Court, vide order dated 12.02.2026, had directed the compromise to be verified by the learned Senior Registrar of this Court on 20.02.2026. However, on account of death of the father of the petitioners No.8 & 9, the petitioners could not appear for verification of the compromise on the said date. It is prayed that some suitable date may be fixed on which date the compromise can be verified.

The reasons are found to be sufficient.

Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed. One week's further time is granted to the petitioners to appear before the Senior Registrar for verification of the compromise.

On the joint request of the parties concerned, list this case before the Senior Registrar on 16.03.2026 on which date the parties concerned shall appear before him for verification of the compromise.
